Holder of a graduate degree in European law, the Leadership Certificate in Industrial Property at the INPI, and graduate of the CEIP (Brands, Designs and Models) Viviane GELLES was sworn in 2005.
Working in collaboration with Blandine POIDEVIN since 2005, she became her associate in 2013.
Before this, Viviane GELLES created and then directed a university department tasked with marketing to enterprises the research work of laboratories.
In parallel, she led a mission to provide counsel to emerging projects in an innovative technologies business incubator.
Viviane GELLES exercises her activity in particular in the areas of sport, new technologies, the Internet, and intellectual property.
She is a member of the AFDIT, and she also teaches new technologies law, e-commerce law, data privacy and intellectual property at the University of LILLE II within the Master’s II program in Industrial Property Law and the Master’s II Program in Legal and Computing Security in digital businesses, as well as at various schools like SKEMA and ISEN, and she works on behalf of various professional training organizations such as COMUNDI.
Viviane GELLES is also author or co-author of numerous articles published in legal reviews or on legal and current events websites.
Along with Blandine POIDEVIN, she co-authored “Legal and Practical Guide for Sports Professionals” (published by Editions Territorial) and numerous articles for the newspaper “LA GAZETTE NORD PAS-DE-CALAIS” in its “New Technologies” and “Sport’s Law” sections.
